VIE Opportunity

Are you a company based in France and present in Ireland ?

You are then eligible for the V.I.E HR programme !

The V.I.E contract allows companies to send a person, up to 28 years old, abroad for a professional assignment of a variable period from 6 to 24 months.

On May 30th,  more the French Residence in Dublin was under the colors of the V.I.E !

More than 40 Human Resources Managers and Managing Directors joined Stéphane Crouzat, French Ambassador and the Business France team, to network and know more about the V.I.E programme.

The V.I.E is a beneficial programme sponsored by the French government, allowing companies with HQ in France to hire young professionals (under 28) for assignments abroad.

Since the beginning of the V.I.E programme (2001), 324 V.I.E have been assigned to 95 French companies in Ireland.

Since 2013, there has been an increase in V.I.E assignments of almost 150% in Ireland.

Companies using the programme have given their insights on this unique “human resources tool”, including Cliona McGowan, Director of the French Irish Chamber of Commerce.
