In February 2018, Sigmar partnered with French Staffing Giant Groupe Adéquat. Kieran Walsh, Editor and Managing Director of the Munster Express, regional newspaper in Waterford. The Munster Express has been trading for 158 years. 

Kieran is also PRO for the Waterford-St.Herblain Town Twinning committee, a French speaker and lived in France after graduating for nearly one year. He is a keen French culture enthusiast and has spoken publicly on Irish French links in the Waterford area in the past two years.
