BNP Paribas Real Estate appoints new deputy managing director in Ireland

BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced the appointment of Kenneth Rouse as deputy managing director of its operations here in Ireland with effect from July 1 this year.

Mr Rouse is currently head of the firm's investment and finance division with responsibility for the capital markets business line in Ireland, where he has led a number of high-profile transactions.

Within this role, he has worked with BNP Paribas Real Estate's International Investment Group in attracting international investors from the EMEA region into Ireland.

Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate at the beginning of 2014, he worked with QED Equity and prior to that, at AIB Capital Markets. He holds a BSc (Economics and Finance) and MBS (Finance) from UCD and is a member of the Institute of Banking.
