Event Recap - Building Careers Across France & Ireland

This morning, the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce and France Alumni Ireland hosted a Café & Croissant discussion on "Building careers across France and Ireland". 

The conversation explored international mobility, cultural differences in the workplace, and the importance of networking in developing a cross-border career.

Scott PURCELL (DOMINO HR Ireland) kindly moderated the discussion. 

Eric Cotteret (Bvlgari) shared his journey across Italy, England, and Ireland, highlighting the importance of navigating global standards while adapting to local markets. 

Sebastien Guillemet (EN-ROUTE CONSULTING) brought practical experience in cross-border business development and professional mobility.

And finally, Damien Dupré (Dublin City University) offered an academic perspective on international career paths and cultural adaptation.
