Deirdre Lyons, CEO and founder of Examfly, is the 2022 winner of the Sodexo WMB Female Newcomer Award, which has been sponsored by the company since 2015.  Deirdre was presented with the Award by Deirdre Saunders, client relationship director at Sodexo Ireland at the ceremony in the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin in May 2022.

As part of the Award, the company will be providing sessions with a suitably qualified Sodexo mentor to Deirdre, to support her professional and business development objectives.

Commenting on her win, Deirdre Lyons said, “I’m honoured to win this award and grateful to WMB and Sodexo for their support.  I’m standing on the shoulders of the many amazing women who have blazed a trail before me, and I look forward to ‘paying it forward’ by mentoring other female founders along their paths.  Success, to me, is about making a positive dent in the universe, however small. I hope to do this through the products we create, the people I mentor, and being a good role model for other female entrepreneurs.”
