Job description

As a Brand Manager you will report to the Operations Manager of the Irish subsidiary. You are a fully dedicated marketer, shaping the future of the brand in Ireland. You will develop and implement the Marketing plans across all categories and channels to achieve growth & profit.

In this role, you will be involved with product marketing strategy from A to Z. You will be working with cross-functional teams both locally and with Headquarters. Evolving in a small team with a real startup spirit, you will learn and perform with your fellow team members and strive to achieve common challenging goals.

Your missions will be as follows:

Marketing: grow the Brand across multiple retail channels (pharmacies, e-retail, Department Stores)

• Design a marketing plan for each channel & customer, adapting to local requirements
• Monitor and develop the performance of our product portfolio (launches, base business, promotional activity)
• Monitor brand’s competitive advantage in the Irish market (positioning, pricing, benchmarking competitor’s BtoB and BtoC activities)
• Ensure coherence of the Brand image (central vs local + across all channels) in Merchandising and POSM developments through regular communication with Central (Marketing, Digital and Communication Teams)
• Develop local promotions, POSM and Merchandising based on local market needs and align with international brand image and guidelines
• Monitor the Marketing budget

Commercial development:

• Develop e-retail with our partners
• Develop the brick and mortar channel through new openings (design opening tools: Brand presentation booklets, opening packages for our Reps)
• Be the point of contact for all partners (retailers, buyers etc) : create the tools that will help meet Marketing objectives (pitch new lines and promotions, monitor the prices, set up training sessions)
• Create efficient incentives for our client’s Beauty Advisors
• Analyze our performance and create comprehensive sales reports (geographical analysis, product performance, promotions, incentives etc)

Organize training for the Sales team & coordinate on activities implementation:

• Adaptation of NPD training tools in collaboration with the headquarters in Paris
• Daily activity coordination with the sales force to ensure they have all the necessary tools

Communication & PR : Create and implement the PR plan to reach our objectives with our partner agency

• PR activities : all media (glossy magazines, TV, online)
• Social Media (FB & Insta)

Required Profile

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Work experience as a product or brand manager in the beauty retail industry (you must be passionate about cosmetics and beauty industry)
- Ireland or UK market experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and French is a strong plus

Technical Skills:
