Transitions Optical is delighted to become a patron of the France-Ireland Chamber of Commerce. As a subsidiary of French multinational Essilor, we have developed many connections with France over the years. Becoming a patron of FICC will help us to further develop these relationships.

-Mayo native Joan Mulloy has recently joined the high-octane world of solo offshore sailing. In 2018 she was the first Irish woman ever to compete in the prestigious Solitaire Urgo Le Figaro race. She has ambitions to be the first Irish woman to compete in the Vendée Globe, which is a non-stop solo round the world race. Based between Dublin and France, Joan divides her time between training and building her sponsorship campaign.
