I’m Gregory, founder of Le Petit Breton, a Dublin-based French crêperie and épicerie fine located in Drumcondra inspired by my Breton roots. After building Le Petit Breton from the ground up, my focus has been on delivering authentic crêpes, quality coffee and carefully selected French products, made with honest ingredients and attention to detail. Beyond the crêperie, Le Petit Breton is growing into a retail-focused brand, with products such as our homemade salted caramel and curated gift hampers, aimed at both individual customers and corporate clients. My ambition is to scale the brand while keeping its soul: accessible, artisanal, and unmistakably French.
