The EIVP students visit JCDecaux Ireland in November 2016

JCDecaux Ireland recently hosted a delegation of 18 students from the École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris (The City of Paris’ Engineering School) for a visit to the JCDecaux head office in the Sandyford Business District, Dublin 18.

The students were in Dublin for the purpose of an urban planning study trip on the subject of “Advertisements in Cities”.The other cities visited as part of this urban planning study trip included Seoul, Sao Paulo and Venice. 

The students were given a presentation describing the evolution of outdoor advertising on the Irish streetscape. JCDecaux's achievements, product range and the future of outdoor advertising from an Irish perspective were also covered.

Julie Mulleady – JCDecaux Business Development Director said “We were delighted to welcome the delegation from École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris to our offices and to share our insights on the future of outdoor advertising and public realm enhancement opportunities.”
