Transdev Wins Global Light Rail Operator for the Second Year

Transdev has won the title Operator Of The Year for the second year in a row at the Global Light Rail Awards.

 

The awards ceremony, which was held in London on Wednesday the 3rd of October, is an annual event attended by representatives from across the global light rail industry. The awards celebrate innovation and excellence, covering topics such as customer experience, sustainability, safety and technical initiatives, engineering and operational excellence, and system design.

The winner of the prestigious Operator of the Year Award is the operator that demonstrates exceptional innovation, performance and customer service over the previous year.

Transdev was commended by the judges for our ability to manage service at times of severe weather and our commitment to safety and corporate social responsibility.

Winning the award two years in a row acknowledges Transdev’s ongoing commitment to providing an industry-leading customer experience.
