The main objective of the HR Working Group is to create a forum whereby HR professionals and those with HR responsibility, can come together to exchange ideas, learn, and connect with other member HR practitioners. This will be achieved through networking, discussion, education, training, and presentations by thought leaders who will support the identified requirements of the group.
Covid 19 has had a significant impact on member businesses. HR is relied upon to provide guidance and support their CEO’s and respective leadership teams therefore our expertise and innovation is in high demand.
The group will aim to host a maximum of 6 events in a calendar year and will consult with member companies on an annual basis to understand priorities.
