Newsletter October 2026

Dear FICC Members,

October brings another exciting programme for the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce, with plenty of opportunities to connect, exchange and strengthen the Franco-Irish business relationship.

A key highlight this month will be our Business Lunch with Jack Chambers TD, Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, on 28 October. With major investment planned across Ireland’s infrastructure, transport, energy and digital landscape, the lunch will provide a timely opportunity for our members to hear directly about the Government’s priorities and the opportunities these developments may create for the Franco-Irish business community.

Across the month, our programme will also bring members together through a range of events and initiatives focused on infrastructure, innovation, networking and collaboration.

We are also looking ahead with great anticipation to the Ireland France Business Awards on 26th November, one of the highlights of the Chamber calendar and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the companies and organisations driving the strength and dynamism of economic relations between Ireland and France.

This month, we are also pleased to highlight a new Member2Member offer from Anchor Brand. FICC members can benefit from a complimentary 30-minute Strategic Marketing Review with Stephanie Padilla, Founder of Anchor Brand, offering an experienced external perspective on positioning, growth opportunities and overall marketing strategy.

We look forward to seeing many of you throughout October and to continuing this momentum together.

Bonne lecture!

Cliona McGowan
Director / Directrice Générale
