Empowering High-Growth Ventures with the EIC Accelerator

ABGi Ireland are pleased to invite FICC members to attend their webinar

ABGi Ireland are pleased to invite you to attend the webinar entitled “Empowering High-Growth Ventures with the EIC Accelerator”, which will take place online on May 12th, from 14:00 to 14:45 (IST).

The EIC Accelerator is part of the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme, supporting research and innovation from early-stage development to market deployment and global expansion. It is one of Europe’s most prestigious funding programmes, aimed at high-potential start-ups and SMEs developing breakthrough innovations with significant market impact—particularly those pursuing high-risk, high-reward opportunities.

The programme offers financial support through:

  • Grants of up to €2.5 million for innovation activities (TRL 6–8), and
  • Equity investments ranging from €0.5 million to €10 million to support scaling and commercialisation. (Ex UK)

In 2026, the total allocated budget is approximately €1.4 billion, distributed across open calls accessible to companies from all sectors, as well as challenge-driven calls targeting specific strategic areas.

This session will provide valuable insights into the eligibility, the application process, evaluation criteria, and how the AGBI group can assist you in identifying calls and boost your chances of success from our expert grant writing team.

Who should attend:

  • Entrepreneurs running tech start-ups
  • Owners of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the technology sector
  • Founders or executives interested in securing funding and support through the EIC Accelerator program
  • Decision-makers looking to scale their company or access innovation-driven growth opportunities
