The 11th in a series of Fireside Chats with the CEOs and senior leaders of FICC Patron companies, FICC President Chris Smyth will sit down with Rhonda Doyle, Country President and Managing Director at Schneider Electric Ireland.
Rhonda Doyle is the Country President and Managing Director of Schneider Electric Ireland, with overall responsibility for the company’s strategy, performance and growth across the Irish market. She leads Schneider Electric’s activities across power and grid infrastructure, digital and data centre infrastructure, water and wastewater, transport, industry and services, working closely with customers, partners and public-sector stakeholders to support Ireland’s energy transition and digital ambition.
Rhonda is a member of the Schneider Electric UK & Ireland Executive Team, contributing to regional strategy, performance and collaboration across the Zone, while maintaining a strong focus on Ireland’s specific market and customer needs.
In her role, Rhonda is accountable for driving profitable growth, operational excellence and organisational effectiveness, while positioning Schneider Electric as a trusted partner in Ireland’s critical infrastructure and sustainability agenda. She plays an active role in aligning the business to national priorities, including grid investment, decarbonisation, electrification, digitisation and infrastructure resilience.
Rhonda sits on the Board of Engineering Industries Ireland (EII), the engineering and manufacturing association within IBEC, contributing to industry dialogue on competitiveness, skills, infrastructure investment and the future of engineering in Ireland.
A strong advocate for collaborative leadership and people development, Rhonda is passionate about building high-performing teams and advancing diversity and inclusion, particularly increasing participation of women in engineering and leadership roles. She represents Schneider Electric Ireland across industry associations, government and executive forums, and is a regular contributor to discussions on sustainable growth, climate action and digital transformation.
Rhonda is based in Dublin and works closely with UK & Ireland and European leadership teams, ensuring strong alignment with Schneider Electric’s global strategy while maintaining a clear focus on Ireland’s specific market and societal needs.
