WG Tech Webinar Series #2 Achieving the Promise of AI & Automation: Lessons from the Frontlines

The France Ireland Chamber of Commerce has launched its Tech Webinar Series, a programme of four webinars taking place throughout the year and organised by the FICC Tech Working Group.

This webinar series aims to bring together experts, business leaders, and FICC members to explore key technology trends shaping today’s business environment. Each session will combine expert insights with practical business case studies and experience-sharing from FICC members, offering participants valuable perspectives and real-world applications.

Most organisations know AI should be doing more for them. The harder questions are where to start, which opportunities are worth pursuing, and how to move from pilot to something that actually delivers. This session addresses all three.

For this second webinar, we are delighted to welcome Ciara, Victor and Yu from Sia  who will share real case studies from client engagements across two sectors, walking through the practical process of identifying where AI creates genuine value, how opportunities are prioritised against business impact, and what it takes to move from insight to a working solution. Both case studies reflect engagements where clients went from initial discovery to a functioning AI agents within a few short weeks.

The session is designed for business leaders and senior managers who are navigating AI decisions now — whether that means evaluating where to invest, building a case internally, or trying to move faster than current approaches allow.
