Dera McLoughlin is head of Mazars Consulting in Ireland. Her areas of expertise include financial service sector culture review/ audit, gender pay gap reporting, conduct audit/ reviews, regulatory investigations, SME lending, organisational change, IT audit and security. She is a recognised expert in Ireland and the UK in the areas of SME lending and regulatory investigations.

A graduate of University College Dublin, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCD, is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Prince 2 Project Manager and Certified Management Consultant. She is a member of the Irish Management Consultants Association, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, Institute of Management Consultants and CIPD. 

Dera is a fluent French speaker and has worked extensively with the international arm of the Mazars Group in the USA, France, the UK, Eastern Europe and has lived and worked in Paris.
