Dr Brian Slattery is a Co Founder and CEO of Wrky.com a data and behavioural science people analytics platform that provides data driven insights and actions across the employee life cycle in a unified view.  Brian has a PhD in reinforcement learning from NUI Galway Dept of Psychology and is also a tenured Assistant Professor of Behavioural Science at Dublin City University. With over 15 years experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, project management and technical implementation in the areas of workplace people analytics, behavioural change, and health, Brian is passionate about delivering evidence-based 'meaningful' data driven practices to organisations, globally.
