Richard is the head of the Corporate Department in LK Shields and is a Ministerial Nominee to the Company Law Review Group which advises the Minister for Business Enterprise and Innovation on Company Law. Richard advises corporates on M&A transactions, restructurings, investments and general corporate finance, with a particular focus on cross border transactions.
