Chris SmythGroup CEO, Perennial Freight

Chris Smyth is the Group CEO of Perennial Freight which is one of the largest Irish owned transport companies.  Perennial Freight operates Ro/Ro and Lo/Lo services to all over Europe, moving over 50,000 full loads per annum.

Chris has full responsibility for all aspects of the business including the strategic direction of Perennial Freight which has seen rapid growth in recent years, especially for unaccompanied trailers on direct routes to Europe in response to Brexit.

The Prennial Freight Group also includes Perennial Fresh which is dedicated to temperature-controlled and customs clearance movements, and Perennial Freight Poland a transcontinental logistics business based in Glogow.

Chris is a director and Vice President of the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce.
