FICC Learning Expedition: BTS Students Discover Franco-Irish Business in Dublin

As part of their Learning Expedition in Dublin, students from the ESARC International Business BTS program had the opportunity to attend a presentation organized by the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce (FICC) with the participation of the Economic Services of the Embassy of France in Ireland.
The session offered an in-depth look at Ireland as a strategic market for France, highlighting that France is the leading European investor in Ireland, with over 340 subsidiaries of major French companies such as L’Oréal, LVMH, Crédit Agricole, Airbus, and Sanofi. Students also learned about Franco-Irish trade opportunities and the support available for companies expanding internationally through the network CCI France International.
Other highlights included insights into the Irish job market, emphasizing the importance of English, professional networking, and cultural adaptability, as well as the V.I.E. program operated by Business France, providing concrete pathways for young French talent seeking their first international experience abroad.
This Learning Expedition highlights FICC’s commitment to connecting students with real-world international business experiences, showing that valuable learning extends far beyond the classroom.
