The French Trade Advisors in Ireland, in close collaboration with the French Embassy and the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce, are organising two panel sessions as part of the French Presidency of European Union.
BREXIT
The first panel session on BREXIT will focus on business impact on Supply Chain, Finance, Custom and Pharma 18 months after BREXIT.
The panel session will be opened by Hervé Morin, President of Normandy Region and will be closed by Martina Lawless, Research Professor at ESRI .
Four panelists will share their feedback on their business :
- Supply Chain : Glen Carr, General Manager Rail Freight & Rosslare Europort
- Finance : Darren Maher, Partner and Head of Corporate Insurance at Matheson
- Custom : Romain Djoudi, Custom Officer at Embassy of France in UK
- Pharma : Duggan Caitriona, Country Director at Amgen Ireland Ltd
The panel session will be chaired by Cliona McGowan, Director of France Ireland Chamber of Commerce.
CLIMATE CHANGE
The second panel session on CLIMATE CHANGE will focus on challenges and opportunties in Agriculture, Energy and Transport.
The panel session will be opened by Stéphane Crouzat, French Climate Ambassador and will be closed by Sinead Walsh, Climate Director at DFA .
Four panelists will share their feedback on their business :
- Agriculture : Catherine Lascurettes, Director at Cúl Dara Consultancy
- Energy : Cyril Perrin, Managing Director Ireland at Neoen
- Transport : Judicael Esmieu, Deputy Technical Director at Transdev
- Individual behaviour : Ellen Hegarty, Veterinarian, TV and Radio Presenter
The panel session will be chaired by Tomas Sercovich, CEO, Business in the Community Ireland
The overall event will be chaired by Stella Clarke, Vice President of the French Trade Association in Ireland.
The event will be opened by HE Vincent Guérend, French Ambassador to Ireland and will be closed by Alain Bentejac, President of the French Trade Association.
