Siel Bleu Ireland
is a non-profit social enterprise that focuses on transforming lives through exercise. They work with a variety of groups, including older adults, patient groups, community organizations, and people with physical and intellectual disabilities. Their programs have a preventative approach that benefits all service users and promotes autonomy and well-being. They offer exercise programs both online and in-person in residential and daycare settings, in communities, and in private homes. Their expert trainers personalise classes to meet the specific needs of each participant, resulting in programs that have a real physical, social, and psychological impact. Siel Bleu Ireland is honoured to work with participants ranging from those in their twenties with physical or intellectual disabilities to older adults living in nursing homes.
Pamela Lee Sailing
is currently an Individual Consultant and Services provider. Activities and services include those of a professional sponsored athlete, a hired professional sports person on teams, a race sailing boat technician, spokesperson and event hosting, mentorship and leadership projects and services, training services, marketing and communications.
